Website terms of use

These terms cover the figwick.com website and its waitlist. They don’t cover the Figwick product, which will have its own terms. Last updated October 2, 2026.

Who we are

figwick.com is run by Figwick LLC, a limited liability company organized in Pennsylvania (“Figwick”, “we”). You can reach us at hello@figwick.com or 502 W 7th St, Ste 100, Erie, PA 16502.

Using the site

You may browse the site and share links to it. Please don’t misuse it: don’t try to disrupt it, get around its security, send automated or spam submissions, or use it to break the law.

The waitlist

Joining the waitlist is free and doesn’t commit you or us to anything. It doesn’t guarantee an invitation, a place, a date or a price. When we invite you, using Figwick will be under its own terms, which you can read before you accept. You can leave the waitlist at any time by writing to us.

What you send us

Please send only information you’re entitled to share. If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them without owing you anything. Our privacy notice explains how we handle what you send.

Our content

The site’s text, design, logos and the Figwick name belong to us. You may not use the Figwick name or logo in a way that suggests we endorse you without our written permission.

No warranties

The site is provided as is. It describes a product that is still being built, so details may change. We try to keep the site accurate and available but don’t promise that it will be.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Figwick isn’t liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site, and our total liability for anything to do with the site is limited to US$100. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed.
