Privacy notice for figwick.com
What this website collects when you visit it or fill in a form, who processes it, and how to reach us about it.
This notice covers the figwick.com website and its waitlist. It doesn’t cover the Figwick product, which will have its own privacy policy. Last updated October 2, 2026.
Who we are
figwick.com is run by Figwick LLC, a limited liability company organized in Pennsylvania (“Figwick”, “we”). Write to us at hello@figwick.com or 502 W 7th St, Ste 100, Erie, PA 16502.
What we collect
When you join the waitlist or send us a message, we collect what you type: your email address and, if you choose to add them, your name, company, role and what you’d use Figwick for, or your message. Each form also sends:
- the page you submitted it from;
- the campaign details in the link that first brought you to the site in that browser session (the
utm_parameters), the site that referred you and your first page on the site, if your browser shares them.
Our host also records the IP address and browser details sent with each submission, which it uses to filter spam.
When you visit, our host keeps standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested), which we use to count visits and keep the site running.
How we use it
We use what you send us to run the waitlist, to invite you to Figwick, and to reply to you about Figwick. We may email you about early access; every email lets you stop further messages. We don’t sell your information and we don’t use it for advertising.
Who processes it
- Netlify hosts the site, stores form submissions and emails them to our team.
- Akismet (Automattic), through Netlify, checks form submissions for spam.
- Google Fonts serves the Nunito and Figtree fonts. Your browser requests them from Google’s servers, which receive your IP address and browser details under Google’s privacy policy.
- Our email provider receives the form notifications and the replies we send.
Cookies and session storage
The site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising scripts. Any visit counts we keep come from our host’s server logs. To fill in the campaign details above, a small script keeps them in your browser’s session storage until you close the tab. It isn’t shared with anyone, and forms work without it.
How long we keep it
We keep waitlist entries and messages while the waitlist is open and for as long as they’re useful for inviting you or replying to you, then delete them. Ask us and we’ll delete yours sooner.
Your choices
Write to hello@figwick.com to see, correct or delete what you’ve sent us, or to leave the waitlist. Depending on where you live, you may have further rights over your information; write to us and we’ll help.
Children
The site isn’t meant for children under 16, and we don’t knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we change this notice, we’ll update the date at the top of this page.
